Becoming certified requires extensive training in both the interior and exterior of a home, focusing on key areas of concern for buyers, including the foundation, roof, heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of InterNACHI® School, the only nationally accredited home inspector college offering a Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and a home inspection helps uncover potential defects—ranging from minor repairs to significant safety or structural concerns—that might not be immediately noticeable.
